From 2012 to 2019 the company had been steadily expanding with the opening of a second branch in Wokingham. MiMi came to use with a clear idea; to go digital, connect with a larger audience and expand their retail capabilities!

MOBILE APP STORE

Our Excellent Zephyr team designed and published MiMi’s fabulously fresh app in the Google Play and Apple Store so that they could continue to expand their customer base.

For MiMi, It was essential that the app would seamlessly integrate into their existing Shopify store to manage all of their sales operations in one place.

The app’s easy to use layout makes it a pleasure for clients to navigate throughout the mobile store.

Extra features were added to the app’s functionality, such as customer product ratings, reviews and a loyalty points scheme to encourage returning customers.

In May 2020, we launched MiMi’s brand-new website and gave them a fresh re-branding to successfully venture into the eCommerce marketplace. Since then, we have been delivering effective eCom support to sustain their rapid business growth. Due to the success of their online shop, MiMi have been able to open a second brick & mortar store; fingers crossed for a third!

In-store pos system

With MiMi being an independent fashion retailer, they wanted to interact with customers on the shop floor and showcase a variety of clothing options via a mobile device. They also wanted to integrate their new online store with their in-store operations to make for a more streamlined business operation.

That’s why we installed a Shopify POS system into their store to experience and deliver a genuinely unified shopping experience!
