TA-DA! Beauty, winner of Best Beauty Team in Hampshire, is an independent Beauty Therapist located in the quaint and picturesque market town of Hartley Wintney. For several years they have gained a solid local reputation for delivering top-quality beauty services such as massages, nail and facial treatments.
As a predominantly service lead brick & mortar business, TA-DA! Beauty wanted to strengthen its sale of beauty products and add a new, exciting dimension to the company that complements its existing services.
One area that TA-DA! Beauty wanted to focus their marketing efforts towards was social media, particularly Instagram and Facebook. Social platforms are an incredibly effective channel to strengthen independent retailers’ online presence, expand their customer pool and drive traffic to the eCommerce store.
Together we worked on TA-DA! Beauty’s brand image, colour themes and business values to enforce a level of consistency throughout the marketing channels. Additionally, we created a year-long marketing calendar that focuses on specific content, market trends and promotions so that marketing material can be consistently created and published.
To improve and maintain customer satisfaction amongst existing customers, we decided to publish fortnightly email marketing campaigns.
Each email is personalised to match the customers previous shopping habits, offer authentic product recommendations and reward them with special discount codes!
- Shopify Marketing
In December 2020 we migrated the domain from TA-DA! Beauty’s old online platform and relaunched their brand-new Shopify store. Over 300+ products were manually uploaded, including descriptions and high-resolution images so that TA-DA! and their customers could get the most out of the platform!
Customers can now take advantage of personalised discount codes, product promotions and over 8 different payment methods such as Paypal, Visa and Apple Pay. Additionally, TA-DA! Beauty is renowned for their beauty services, so we wanted to add a booking system where customers could book their treatments conveniently and quickly from the comfort of their home or mobile device.
In-salon pos system
As a predominantly service-led business, TA-DA! Beauty wanted to upgrade their in-salon payment systems to complement their digital transformation.
We successfully installed a brand-new Shopify POS system that seamlessly integrates their online and in-salon actions. Since its implementation, the TA-DA! Beauty team have seen an increase in productivity and customer satisfaction.
